The original property (situated next to the old Devonport Court House 'Circa 1898') was built back in 1908 and was originally a set of three shops with a residence above each shop. The corner site was originally a Petrol Service Station owned by Mr Leary. Each separate property has seen many transformations over the years and experienced many different business ventures.

We took over the complete shop fronts and the upstairs residential areas (mainly used as store rooms at the time) in 2002.
Since that date we have spent our time renovating and fitting out the accommodation section and generating an exciting restaurant block atmosphere. Our plans for the site are many and varied and will take full advantage of the exciting prospect of the Councils Grand Plassa development that will replace the retail area directly across the road and increase our river view to an uninterupted 180 degrees.
